We will meet at 1:00pm on Thursday, September 22 for a trip to the oldest House in Clark County still in its original location. The Stanger House was built by Stanger about 1867 while he was work- ing at the Hudson’s Bay Company. The house is located in the Jane Weber Arboretum on old Ever- green Highway and we will enjoy the charm of drinking lemonade in the historic house and hearing more information about the early days of Vancouver. (The house will be opened especially for our group.) Afterward, we can visit the vegetable garden and stroll through part of the Arboretum. Add your name to the sheet on the Sign-up board for a seat on the Green Machine.
