Did you know that the Enhanced Fitness Exercise Class offered every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 1 to 2 pm at Trinity is part of a study from the University of Washington? Everyone is welcome. Folks over 60, if willing, become part of a study on the value of exercise on older adults. The exercise is designed to cover all basic needs for healthy exercise and folks who participate work as hard or as little as fits their health and condition. And we have fun. Come try us out! Just show up.
