Becoming fit just became a whole lot more fun! A group fitness class designed just for older adults.

EnhanceFitness improves balance, flexibility, bone density, endurance, coordination, mental sharpness, and decreases your risk of falling. Classes will be led by a certified fitness instructor every Monday-Wednesday-Friday, 1-2 p.m. in Stolee Hall at Trinity. Dress comfortably. There is no cost to attend, but donations are welcome. All donations will go to the Southwest Washington Agency on Aging and Disabilities to defray the cost of the program.

This program is open to all members of Trinity and the community at large.
