The Human Resources Committee has been working on get- ting the job descriptions and the Employee Policies and Procedures Handbook up to date. We are trying to set up the documents so that they are similar in format, understandable and pertinent to the specific staff positions we have today. We have been interviewing the various staff members to see what they actually do in comparison to their existing job description. We are making headway but it is a process that takes time and effort. We are anticipating reviewing staff members at the first of the year and need to have all of our efforts completed by then.
