Start the year off right!

Come and join our “Enhance Fitness” group on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 1pm to 2pm in Stolee Hall at Trinity. Or come just one day; you choose – we are very flexible. Becoming fit at Trinity just became a whole lot more fun. This class is offered for older adults, to help improve: balance, flexibility, bone density, endurance, coordination, mental sharpness and to decrease your risk of falling. And did I mention that we have fun! Donations are welcome but there is no charge for the class. Both men and women come to the class so everyone can feel welcome.
