All baptized Christians who profess faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and who believe that Jesus is truly present in the bread and wine are welcome to commune. Visiting Christians who commune at their home parish are welcome at our table.

Our current policy is to admit children to communion at an age determined by their parent(s) in consultation with the Pastors.  If you have a child who you feel is ready to receive his/her first communion, please contact our church office for an appointment. Children who do not commune are encouraged to come up for a personal blessing.

We go to the sacrament of communion because we receive there a great treasure, through and in which we receive the forgiveness of sins. . . The Lord’s Supper is given as a daily food and sustenance so that our faith may be refreshed and strengthened and not weaken in the struggle, but grow continually stronger.
